End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Money Manager Expense ~ Budget.

By downloading or using this app, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. APP FUNCTIONALITY

Money Manager Expense ~ Budget allows users to track expenses, manage budgets, and view financial insights. The app is provided for informational purposes only.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some features may require a paid subscription.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase

• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings

4. ICLOUD STORAGE

The app uses Apple iCloud to store and sync your data.

• Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account

• We do not access or store your personal financial data on external servers

• Data availability depends on Apple iCloud services

5. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use the app for unlawful purposes

6. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms.

7. DISCLAIMER

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of financial data or results.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial loss or data loss.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws of your country.
